Today was a FABULOUS day…except for the sweltering 100 degree weather we had to endure while picking out pumpkins at Bate’s Nut Farm – there's something wrong when it's supposed to be fall & Halloween is around the corner...and it STILL feels like summer, ewww! But at least we got some quality family & friend time (went with 2 other couples: Niki/Nate & Sarah/Shawn). Hopefully next year it’ll be cooler so we can go up there again & let Kapri run around & pick out her own pumpkin!! Photos of our freshly carved pumpkins to follow in a few days once we strategically cut and carve our masterpieces!!
And onto the best news of the year….my brand “used” car!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last Saturday we went to go test drive this lil beauty…but the $$ talk didn’t go as planned. Luckily, James is pre-approved for a car loan at a fantastic APR rate…and being the wonderful husband he is…he agreed to co-sign with me so I could take advantage of this deal! So, a week later…my ‘glacier pearl’ Murano was still sittin pretty at the lot.
